I recently got a new job and have been unable to cook much. Had the day off, so I decided to get up and fire up some ribs. 
Decided to go a little different today. I went really light on the rub and smoked at a little lower temp. Went 225-250 on a 2-1-1. 
I also put on a dish of baked beans underneath the ribs. Unfortunately, in my haste to get the ribs on, I forgot to take a pick of the beans. They turned out ok. A little too much liquid for my liking, but tasted really good.
