boneless skinless chicken thighs cut in 1/2 length wise.   Marinaded for 24 hours.  ( bamboo skewers have been soaked for months -- Alton brown ) chared them on the lower grate and finished them on the upper grate.   Tasty recipe!

    Sure 

    5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs ( cut in 1/2 length wise )
    Large re-sealable plastic bag
    12 oz jar of apricot preserves
    1 cup soy sauce
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1 Tbl fresh ginger, minced
    or 1 tsp ginger powder
    1 Tbl onion powder
    2 tsp cayenne pepper

    marinade for 3-24 hours.    Skewer ( make sure u soak ur skewers) 

    grillaway until juice are are clear or 165

    one thing to note..... I cooked them on the grate of my woo for until char on 2 sides... then added my extender and upper grate to finish them up higher in the dome.
