Pigapalooza meets Rub and Sauce Exchange

I had a buddy over to watch soccer and cook up some of the pork that several of us recently butchered. I used a rub that was sent to me through the Sauce and Rub Exchange on the pork chops - thanks @cazzy for organizing it and thanks @nlovold for the great package of stuff. We also drank a couple of great IPAs that came in the box. In addition to pork chops (cooked at 400 semi direct until 140) I cooked up some of our beef sausage and bratwurst.

Hopefully, the pics will be in some reasonable order.

How did did you like the chops?

The chops were outstanding. My buddy wanted to take the other two bags I have in my freezer. It's fair to say they were "moist" but in order for them to be "juicy" I'd probably have to brine them.
