A good buddy of mine last week took me down to M&T Meats in Hawkinsville, GA. They had whole racks of beef ribs and I said heck why not! Paired it with some smoked Gouda Mac n cheese and the wife made a killer cucumber salad. Life is good! Egg on eggers.
