Brined pork chops

Was never a big chop guy until I took a chance cooking for 12 on vacation and decided to try some brined (recipe courtesy of @The Cen-Tex Smoker). Am now a big fan. Not only are they moist and flavourful, but the price is easily a small fraction of that of beef. Seared at about 550 for two minutes a side and then let it ride indirect until I pulled at about 138 IT.
