My first Lamb Chop cook...
Picked up a couple packages from Costco and followed some instructions from a few members here. Marinated it with Soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and other seasoning. Cooked it raised direct around 450 till the internal temp was around 120. I sliced it up and grilled it again for the kids portions.

It looks awesome my friend. I have to ask, what does the 1105 stand for? I'm taking a shot in the dark because I use to own a 1979 Massey Ferguson 1105.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
