YETI vs Pelican 95QT Elite

I hear a lot about the YETI, does anyone have a Pelican 95QT Elite. My RV Magazine has a review and rates this better than the YETI. I see the Pelican sells for $500.  Looking to get a Cool that will last me a life time, I have other Pelican products and they are great.

Side note, they also like (in this order):
Esky 85 Quart
Cabela's Polar Cap 60-quart Equalizer
Yeti Tundra 75
Orca 75
Dometic Avalanche 65LW
Coleman Extreme 5
Northern New Jersey

I have a Pelican 95. It is one heck of a cooler. All of the rotomolded cooler manufactures have their strong and weak points. The only down side that I can find to the Pelican coolers is the drain is not nearly as heavy duty as the rest of the cooler. Why they chose to skimp in this area is beyond me. Short of this, the Pelicans are darn near perfect. It honestly will hold ice better than my Yeti. And it is right on par with my Orca. If you are wanting a large cooler, give both Pelican and Orca a look and pick the one you find for the best price.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

No wonder you're broke. You spent all your money on ice chests.

Like most things, I bought my coolers with money saved during the Glory Days of Big Ron. Sadly there will be no more coolers for me.

Of the above mentioned, the dumbocrats cost me more money than the other four combined and multiplied times a million.
