I followed Scott's instruction and should have waited on cutting the 1x6's for the shelf so it ended up with 1x4's, then covered the wood with thompsons wood protector. Enjoying the Egg

Thank you on the measurements on the 1x6 measure before you cut any. The stones under the egg are the travertine floor tiles 24x24 wheels from same place homey depot workinkg on a drawer and a possible plastic slide out for necessities. This is cedar, you'll be looking at around $300.00 when all done.
