as been discussed Costco here in Seattle had prime packers for the first time ever....what a treat at a great price. Threw mine on last night used the guru and never opened the lid until this am 11 hours in. The reduction from uncooked to cooked was quite a sight. Flat is wrapped and in the cooler for a little later. Burnt ends are back on.

Next time-slice and eat the point-the best part of the cow. Just an opinion...Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
