I picked up some grouper, snapper, and shrimp down in Beaufort this week. The wife wants grouper tonight. Anybody have a good recipe for cooking it on the egg?

Squeeze lime over it. Brush it with garlic butter S&P. Grill direct 400 for 3 to 5 minutes per side depending on thickness. Fresh grouper is my favorite fish.Narcoossee, FL

I don't do raised but you could. It may not get the color that doing lower does.

I am in Savannah,Ga not to far from Beaufort. Costal seafood is the reason I can't leave the area. I would going indirect or direct with foil and butter. Good luck

Bought a couple fresh filets from a fish market in Orange Beach today and had them for dinner just awhile ago. Rubbed with olive oil and drizzled with butter and garlic then direct for about 5 minutes per side just like NovaScott said. Awesome.

@RRog17 I was down below Beaufort at Hunting Island earlier in the week. Where do you get your seafood at down there? Also ate at Dockside restaurant in Beaufort, it was very good.
