Anyone own a tilley hat?

    Thanks fish.  My standard fishing hat came in handy at the waterpark.  Waded it up in the cargo pocket.  Sunglasses in the other when riding the slides.

    i dont own the mesh one but the hemp one is too floppy when fishing in the wind and on the light colored hemp the bottom is too light and reflects sunlight behind the sunglasses. i prefer a darker underbrim of green or olive green. the whiter underbrim wrecks my eyes on the hemp version

    I tried on a Tilley a few minutes ago. Definitely not cool enough to pull it off. I did buy a Outdoor Research sun hat that throws a lot of shade. I really need to work on keeping my youthful looks.  ;)

    Dang guys, no offense, but functional as they are, those Tilleys are some ugly looking hats lol  ;).        Not to say I wouldn't wear one... Solely for sun or rain protection.
