Stopped by my local publix this morning and picked up these. I will be skewering the shrimp for tonight and cooking the ribs tomorrow.

    You probably shouldn't give people like me this much warning when you are going to do a cook like that.  I'm always looking for reasons to go home to the Orlando area.  If I weren't working tomorrow I might show up at your door.

    Yeah I love rock shrimp but only get them when they are on sale which isn't very often. The short ribs will be my first attempt with a slab so we will see how it goes.
