Multiple choice Steak Night

Had 5 college weight lifter types up for the weekend that worked up big appetites behind the boat. Had a freezer with a variety of steaks I figured I'd cook for them to compare. 
Had a hunk of 45 day dry aged ribeye, a bone in steak from what I dry aged that I'd trimmed so the roast for dry aging would fit on a sheet pan, a bone in sirloin and a center cut of prime tenderloin. Timing was kinda fun but they got to sample the variety. Me too. White oak for smoke. It was a banquet. 










They destroyed it!  My plate above didn't compare to theirs.
