Beaujolais- Chorizo Bread

Saw this recipe in Saveur (May 2016) and was intrigued. A bread with wine and Spanish chorizo?  Here's my first pass. I'll do a couple things different next time but a really interesting bread. 
The starter. 


The basic ingredients. 


Finely chopped chorizo. 


The dough after rising, wine colored. 


400 on the egg. 


And finished. A slightly dense bread but tasty and riddled with crispy chorizo.  I'll make it again.
