My XL Table Build - Final Reveal
1move
Posts: 516
It took a lot of time, coordination, design and effort to build this table as well as money! I enjoyed the building process and got to spend a lot of time with my dad, which was my biggest reward.
I had the frame built to my design (big thanks to Jim) and got it powder coated locally everything else was done by my dad and I.
The original thread can be found here: http://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1181090/my-xl-table-build/p1
Please feel free to leave a comment as I would love to hear what you think.
Without further ado here are the final photos

I used magnets for the doors that pop out when depressed so I did not need to install handles

Top 3 tables posted. Make sure you put egg in table nest or something similar. Would hate to see the craftsmanship ruined by lack of airflow. Nice work!Columbia, SC --- LBGE 2011 -- MINI BGE 2013

Looks great. Only thing I would change would be to do drawers instead of cabinets. Or drawer bottoms in the cabinets. It's a lot easier to get to the back of a drawer than the back of a cabinet.Aledo, Texas
