Only mistake was not cooking more.
But at least we have enough for another round next week.

I roast them at 400-450 to IT. You're right, they brown quick and well with perfect MR treating it like a small roast. When I sear them I seem to get to much dessication externally. Talk to me brother.Darby_Crenshaw said:
