Using Joetisserie for reverse sears, too

Been experimenting with new ways to use the Joetisserie which I love.  I've done 2 reverse sears, one with lamb chops, one with a ribeye cap and the results have been excellent.  For the slow cook, Load the meat into the basket for chops/steaks, use the same low temps for the cook, have my cast iron plate setter in egg to get ready for the sear and the results have been great.  Also, made a really good marinated celery/chickpea salad to go with ribeye cap steak last night.  Nice fresh change with pantry ingredients.
