Do you have access to fresh seafood? Done a good pork chop in a while? (by good I mean one that is pinkish to red in color and has lots of fat marbled in it)

We are doing mini meatloaves tonight. Mix together your favourite meatloaf ingredients and use a muffin pan to cook. We like to stuff with cheese.
