OT - Improvised Breakfast on the Blackstone
Was planning on venison tacos tonight, but when I took the venison out, it stunk. Decided to play it safe, so I chucked it into the trash.
So ended up winging it with some stuff that needed to be used up. Made some french toast outta leftover hot dog buns Then also some scrambled eggs with spinach and siracha. And of course bacon. Stacked it all together with some syrup and crumbling cheese. Weird I know, but it tasted good and used up some stuff that we would've normally thrown away. Anywho, I took a few pix.

Looks good to me. I'll eat anything, but the wife would have turned her nose up at that one....Jefferson, GA

That looks really good to me chef Dyal. I like the combination of sweet, spicy, savory. It's like a party in your mouth and everyone's invited.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Breakfast looks killer.
Venison naturally smells a lil bit "off", especially venison that hasn't been cut with a bunch of shtuff. Kind of similar IMO, to the odor of aged beef
Hoping you didn't chuck perfectly good game.

Thx guys! @Focker , nah, it went bad. Smelled like sweaty armpits as it was cooking.
