Smoked Turkey Breast

Smoked a split turkey breast via the Franklin method.  Turned out great.  Will be doing this again.

Where does one find a boneless chicken breast this size to smoke? I only find pre cooked ones.

Ive only been able to find whole turkey breasts until recently.  The whole foods near me started carrying split turkey breasts.  This was my first time buying one

Did you remove the bone after you cooked it or was it boneless when you bought it? My publix always has split turkey breast but they are bone in.

@NonaScott I used a filet knife to remove the bone before I cooked it.  I also removed the skin
