Eyebrows are overrated....

.....few days back I made burgers. Dome was in the 500* range. Put the cheese on along with the buns, I like toasted buns. Shut both vents. Had a  it of a brain fart and forgot to burp the Egg....Holy fire ball....

    I've done it a few times. Eyebrows and facial hair grows back. Burping has become habit now. Caught myself burping a cheap charcoal grill a few times the other weekend.

    The irony for me is I am in the habit of "burping" my Reverse Flow...which the firebox is attached to the side...lol...

    I've singed my arm hair twice recently, after doing the same thing, shutting both vents in an attempt to stop the fire from growing, never experienced the fireball before this, but it certainly wakes you up, I've been better about burping since.
