    Pork loin roast, in my opinion, is one of the most under appreciated cuts of meet to cook on the egg. Teriaki and pineapple marinade, following an overnight brine delivers one of the, if not the, most delicious and juiciest cooks you can do.
    That plated meal looks fabulous, and I will be doing one soon.
