@bgebrent  I'm not much of a fish guy, but I can appreciate the cook and presentation - restaurant quality my friend.

    Looks fantastic...
Another great way is Snapper on the Half Shell.
Filet each side but keep the scales. Cook raised direct.
This is not my photo, just grabbed from google.
Friend took me to restaurant in Houston several years ago and it was their signature dish. Easy way to cook and as it curls little it holds all the butter, juices and seasoning.

Would like to try this. How did you prepare fish, cooked at what temp & how long. Can't wait to try

Looks great! How long and what temperature? Also, did you roast the fish and broccoli at the same time or broccoli first?

Been away so sorry to be late in replying.  Fish was cleaned, scaled and stuffed with the basil, garlic, lemon and thyme.  Cooked raised indirect at 400 for about 30 minutes for this size fish.  The broccoli goes on late in the cook as it only needs 10 minutes and I like to rest the fish about 5 minutes.  Thanks @EagleFan and @rjac!

The Snapper Gods are surely looking down with envious eyes my friend. Spectacular cook.
