Peach glazed ham

making a peach glaze to go on the ham I'm smoking. I reduced a cup of jd Tennessee honey with some pepper flakes and a touch of mustard. The smell is incredible. Gonna add peach nectar and peach preserves. Then reduce more. I'm thinking this will make a good wing glaze also. Stoker keeping it 300. I'll post pics when it's done.

That is a great idea, peach is awesome with pork. I just stuffed a pork loin with peach preserves and then glazed it with more preserves and it was great!Belleville, Michigan

I use peach preserves on every pork butt cook. You can't beat it. Try it on ribs. Use peach wood to smoke. You will not be sorry.
