Tuna Flatbread Pizza

Yesterday for us Catholics was Good Friday. The last meatless Friday of lent. So I decided on something a little different. Tuna flatbread pizza. The base was tuna and pickles topped with tomatoes, sautéed yellow peppers, caramelized onions, and three pepper cheese. Tossed on the egg for 20-25 minutes.
It was actually pretty dang good. It was basically one big tuna melt. My wife and I split the first flatbread and had a 2nd additional flatbread leftover. We brought the 2nd one over to my mother-in-law house around 10 pm for a snack since we didn't know how well it would be for leftovers. We got a text 45 minutes later from my mother-in-law apologizing that she didn't text earlier and that she couldn't put down the pizza to text. Score! No wasted pizza and a couple satisfied stomachs.
