Red eye pork tenderloin.

Oldest daughter home for spring break. Orders for pork tenderloin. Done. Truss two together end to end seasoned with  Dizzy Pig red eye express. Grilled some asperagus while the pork rested. Yum.

Half ass reverse sear. I was getting pressured by kids to get er done so a removed the PS. Cooked mostly at felt level direct. Nice catch. Thank you for the compliment.
