Baby Back Ribs & Maple Syrup Baked Beans

1.5 hour with a dry rub indirect @ 250F
1 hour wrapped in foil with sauce indirect @ 350F
0.5 hour with sauce indirect @ 300F 

Beans were baked by my mother in a Crock Pot

    Damn man.  Now I want ribs.  Think that will cause a fight with SWMBO since it's dinner time already?........ =)
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

    @pgprescott The beans were great, my Mom put so much maple syrup, it can't be bad, almost like a dessert 

    @Scottborasjr I have been craving ribs since the weekend.  I was supposed to do some for diner Sunday but my migraine decided otherwise.  I was off today and we came back early from an appointment; I decided that today was the day.  SWMBO did not think I had enough time but I went to turbo temp and they were great.  Probably the best in a long time...

    Looks great but dude, you need to get bigger plates
