Spatchcock success
2 chickens, one rubbed with lemon pepper one with Montreal steak, raised direct around 375 for about 70 minutes. Looking great and about to be devoured.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

Nice, thanks for sharing! Cooked a 'spatch on the egg tonight, seasoned with Lowery's, Everglades and a BBQ rub, rode the egg for about 90mins at 350 with a chunk of hickory tossed in for good measure!! Outstanding results!!
