Spaghetti Squash Pie - something different

My wife has been craving spaghetti squash. I found this recipe and thought it sounded good: http://www.naturalcomfortkitchen.com/spaghetti-squash-pie/
This was easy to make and we liked it enough to say we'll make it again.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

I've been drinking, and didn't feel like reading the recipe, but that looks really good, I'd eat that.

Thanks y'all. This is one of those recipes that exceeded my expectations. It was a nice change of pace.

Did you roast the squash in the oven or on the egg and did you fry the zukes or roast on the egg?

I roasted the squash in the oven. I thought about using the egg but I wasn't sure how much moisture they would release. Next time I'll put them on my pizza stone using parchment paper.
I did the zucchini in the house just out of convenience. Also - I sauted some quartered white mushrooms as well; they were a good addition to the recipe.

I made something pretty similar to your dish a while back. It was pretty good I thought.

@SGH That looks really good my friend. @Mattman3969
I will certainly roast the squash on the grill next time around. I just wasn't sure what I was getting into this time. I read in the recipe - and it seemed true - that if you cut the squash crosswise in rings the squash makes longer strands when you pull them. I have roasted squash in halves before and the strands seemed shorter.
