Paella! I love this stuff

Cooked paella for the family tonight. I absolutely love this stuff.

Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Looks like a winner to me buddy.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

My starting point was a combination of Naked Whiz's recipe and Big Green Craig.

After you make this a couple of times you won't really need a recipe anymore - you can just use the force.

Looks great, but too many peas.  None is the appropriate amount.
