Finally got the chance to try out @NibbleMeThis 's Corn Chowder recipe.  As usual, his recipe did not disappoint.  It was fantastic.  I highly recommend it.

Thx guys!  You won't regret it @Jeremiah .  The only thing I did differently was add a little more reduced sodium broth and cream cheese than the recipe called for.  Outstanding recipe and veeeeery flavorful.

Just grill it directly at around 350-375 until it has a nice char, but not overly charred.  Maybe 10-15 minutes, turning it occasionally.
