I had some leftover bread so I decided it was time for some bread pudding. I had meatloaf on the egg but didn't get pics. Here is the recipe: http://www.recipegoldmine.com/ccp/perini-ranch-bread-pudding.html
It's always a crowd pleaser when you lift the lid on a camp oven covered in coals - just a fun cook.

Thanks for looking.
Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

@SGH I have to say it works well. I use a plow disk. I set a coffee can under the hole in the plow disk. There is a piece of pipe to support the plow disk - the coffee can is inside the pipe. As the coals burn and after the cook, they fall through the hole down into the coffee can. Cleanup is simple - pick up the coffee can and no one knows I ever made a fire. I'll try to get a pick when there is more light.
