Watched this series. Really interesting for those who like documentaries. It's about how food is key issue in modern world with fast food, processed foods etc. detailed look into other cultures and how they eat locally produced foods and cooking is a way of life versus a "chore" like in most American households. He even uses an egg at one point. Cool series. Just FYI

Thanks for the suggestion. There is another Netflix series I've been wanting to watch called Chef's Table. Have you seen that?"I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

I've watched some of that and it is really episode dependent, I really liked the Dan Barber and Magnus Nilsson episode, didn't care for the Massimo episode at all, and was blah on the Australian guy.JohnInCarolina said:Thanks for the suggestion. I'm about 2 episodes in and enjoying it. Intersting how the world is hooked on junk food, especially KFC! Makes you wonder were we are headed with eating.Dave

Thanks, @Chubbs !!! Great recco! Just finished the first episode. Nice XL in his back yard. (I think it was and XL anyway). And extra credit for McGyvering his firepit into a whole pig smoker. Better than that, love the reminder that we can choose to get closer to the foods we eat. And that cooking makes us human.
Now, back to the Bulleit.It's a 302 thing . . .
