Haven't had swordfish in years and years, found a nice steak and decided to grill it.
My wife made a great quinoa, corn and black bean salad to go with.
I grilled the swordfish hot and direct on a ci grid down on the woo. I mixed up a baste of lime juice and zest, lots of fresh ginger, grated jalapeño, butter, coconut oil, turmeric and a bit of curry powder. Crazy color, but fantastic taste.

That turmeric is glowing. Don't know if I've ever had swordfish. Interesting.

Love swordfish, just not familiar with the luminescent genus. Yours looks great!
I am sure it received glowing reviews.

Superb looking cook. The spice mix sounds amazing. I'm positive it tasted better than it sounded. Thanks for sharing.LBGE, Weber Grills, Silverback Pellet grill, PBC. No I don't have a grill issue.

Looks delicious! I love swordfish. You don't need to make it radioactive, it's already loaded with heavy metals. Now something like salmon, lay down the radiation!

That looks great. I love tumeric and curry and I am sure it went great with swordfish. That quinoa salad looks excellent as well.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
