I love babyback, i am getting close to nailing them perfect.
I rub them down with sugar, salt, and pepper, the cook indirect for 3 hrs at 250 F.
Then it is glaze time! My current favorite is 1:1 mustard molasses. I am also working on a honey sriracha salt glaze that was delish! cook for another 30-60 min an needed.
