Thanks.  My oldest has a buddy over. I ground the beef on Saturday. 2/3 Chuck 1/3 tenderloin scraps. 8 russets for the fries. His buddy eats like a bird, but his late was clean. Success!

Maybe I could get my wife to park outside.  I like my semi warm truck on these cold mornings way too much but if she is game I'm in.

I'm like, wayyyy too anal to make imperfect meatball shaped ground cow balls. Just to squash them into unsymmetrical flesh-wads.  My sit would look like perfect spheres of lovely dead cow flesh.  We're all different, and that makes the world interesting.  Carry on!
