Cooking chili for my first cook on my new medium BGE.

Looks great. Chilly weather - time for chili. I also cooked chili today, but on the stove rather than on the egg. While I was buying some diced tomatoes today at Walmart, there was another guy doing the same and for the same reason.

Looks good! How long did it take to clean off that pretty DO? I used our le creuset once and SWMBO wigged at the result, it took a bunch of scrubbing to get it clean again. I need to buy a non enameled DO before I cook chili in the egg again.

@oldgeezeystax It did take a while to clean it up, but that is what I bought this one for. I may try putting foil around it next time. The chili turned out good.

I've made smoked chili 4 or 5 times from the bge cookbook with just a few tweaks. I always get rave reviews from everybody that has tried it. First timers always ask me how I smoke chili???
