Pork Loin

smoked a half a pork loin at 250. Rubbed with honey hog and finished with a glaze made from jalapeno peach jelly/garlic/lime juice/fresh chopped rosemary. Got a little preoccupied throwing the baseball with my son so it went a little over but still juicy.

Thumbs up. Pork loin is a real winner on the egg. An all time great.

Came out pretty good. Kinda did a riff on APL's cilantro garlic pork loin.

I just had a box of peaches my wife picked, so I found a peach jelly recipe and then before gelling it I steeped it in pureed jalapenos. It didnt set up too well but sure makes a great bbq glaze. Its even good poured over softened cream cheese and eaten with ritz.

That sounds like something I need to try. I've done pork loin with apple butter before and did a butt today with peach jam. I bet the jalapeño peach would bring it over the top.
