first attempt at the 2-2-1 method baby backs

Thanks to everyone here for the advice and knowledge I've gathered by lurking over the past several months. When I think about all of the failed attempts at making ribs in the past I just shake my head. Using my Big Green Egg along with a Flame Boss almost feels like cheating...at least until dinner time.

Very beautiful presentation. The BGE makes us a better cook, but this forum has made me an incredible cook on the BGE. It keeps My Beautiful Wife happy.
