@Photo Egg thanks for posting, thats a cute little unit. Smaller size might be nice for tailgaiting or camping.

@outrageous. The other thing I did with the Blackstone is make a hardtop cover. I couldn't be happier with this mod.

Interesting. I don't think the hole serves a purpose that I can see, so maybe they eliminated it.
If the grease wants to travel back along the underside, putting a nub of high heat putty just back from the edge would fix it.

@ScottNC I don't want to discourage you, as there are probably some great uses for something this portable.
If you are not stuck for space the 4 burner provides 4 different cooking zones, which I find very helpful with griddle work.

Maybe I have a weird dog (I do). She once decided she liked to chew on the drywall. I layered that spot with cayenne. She came in and licked it. She then licked the entire area clean. Drooling for an hour. -
