The family raved about these, and they were easy.
Cooked raised direct using my flat skewers. Used 80% beef (instead of traditional lamb), plus 1% by weight of salt, kneading really well.
Toppings were tomato, red onion, parsley and green peppers. Side of Tsunami Spin corn.
