It's What's For Dinner, Brisket!

I just finished smoking a 14.5# brisket for a dinner party tonight.  Made the point into burnt ends.  From what I sampled it tastes pretty good.  Hope I have enough left over for making chili for a contest on Thursday.  It was the biggest one I could find at Sam's last night.
