I threw a bunch of stuff in a very hot wok. It was good.

Chicken breast, garlic, ginger, shallots, colorful sweet peppers, carrots, baby corn, water chestnuts
sauce was soy, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and onion.

True story, and ties in with your "goes fast" mention. I was taking pictures with my phone while woking, fumbled the phone, hit the lip of the Egg, and thankfully bounced on the deck. Thank goodness it didn't go between the wok and lip and into the fire!------------------------------

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

@Fred19Flintstone it got away from me a little because of the way I built the fire. Lit some left over then realized I needed more. Added fresh lump, went in the house. Came out to a blazin inferno.
