Haven't posted this in a few years but it's one of my favorite comfort meals. Pretty easy to do and cooked indirect at 350 for about 40 minutes until top is nice and golden. Didn't add any extra smoke but I did have a chunk or two of pecan/cherry leftover from the last rib cook. Pictures of the recipe and product using crescent dough sheets. Dessert was a white and milk chocolate pudding pie.

Damn that sounds really good. My kinda comfort food right there.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

It looks like you cooked it in one of the deep dish ceramic pizza dishes. We have one but have had trouble with crescent roll dough sticking to the bottom. Do you use oil or something else? It sound really good and I'd like to try it.

@Laserlarry that's what I cooked it in. I did spray it with cooking spray in order to not have it stick.
