Blues Hog Wangs
Threw some rub& cornstarch on the wings... Indirect at 400 with some cherry chunks.. 50 minutes, then sauced with BH original, BH Ten Red, Blues Hog Smokey Mountain, Texas Pete and melted butter.... Back on for 10.... Good Eats

Thanks... Blues hog is awesome, although this time around the original is so thick once in the fridge it's like honey.. I need to bring to room temp to use.

These look great. How much corn starch do you use? Do you coat the wings with it first or just mix it into the rub?

Either way works, just sprinkle some on... If you have the time leaving them uncovered in the fridge overnight works great.
