Spicy Italian sausage subs. Made these after a full day with all the daughters and The Spouse at the Orlando Highland Games. The Spouse got an outrageously expensive silver bracelet, and I scored a new wool Ivy Cap. I guess she owes me.
I did not care about the calories.
Potato rolls, spicy Italian sausage, onions, banana peppers, pepper jack and brown mustard. After one my brain was screaming for more, but the stomach said i had enough. Mmmmm sausage roll breakfast tomorrow.
