Cedar Plank Salmon

I've been eating a lot of meat since getting the BGE just before Christmas so fish seemed like a good idea.  The Salmon was bought fresh from Costco today and trimmed up to these lovely fillets.  They were in a marinade of soy sauce, fresh ginger, fresh garlic and a shallot as well as our Canadian secret ingredient maple syrup for about 4 hours. I used indirect at 400 at the dome for about 25 min total.  Turned out medium well with lots of natural smoke that worked well with the marinade.  Great feed.
