PRIME score

So on the way home I decided to stop at wegmans to get some veggies. Low and behold as I walk through the meat section I see these three lonely guys hanging out with these orange safety stickers on them. I went over and had one look and decided I needed to rescue them from the seas. As I look closer I realize they are PRIME grade. I paid less for three of them than their regular price. As I put them in the cart I see the sell by date was yesterday(I'm not concerened with this), and figure I better run before they tried to tell me they could not sell them. As I'm finishing up and in the gadget area lady next to me comments how they never have tenderloin on sale and I did good. I comment back that is why I got all three and I'm not worried about the sell by date as it is fine. She proceeded to tell me she works at the store and they should have been pulled and trashed before the store opened but told me to enjoy and walked away. That was my sign it was time to roll before they tried to stop the sale

Now the bigger question is what to do. Cut them all for steaks and vacuum pack or some steaks and leave one whole?
