Skirt, Cauli au gratin and asparagus

Whole meal egged. Love skirt steak and this one fit the bill. Hit it with oak ridge secret weapon and reverse seared but the cauliflower au gratin took the prize.

Thanks all. I actually pulled out the BGE cookbook for first times in years. The cauliflower is from there. Will post shortly. Easy and delicious

Can't find it online will type it out:

make a mornay sauce by melting 2 TB butter in saucepan. Add 2 TB flour, 1/4tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper and stir for 2 mins. Slowly add 1 cup heavy cream and stir to avoid clumps. Add 1 cup of milk and let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat and stir in 4oz shredded white cheddar. Keep warm. 

Core cauliflower and cut into large heads. Put in bowl, add 2 TB of EVOO and salt and pepper to taste. Toss and roast in egg at 450 for 6-10 minutes or until tender. Remove and put in eggable casserole dish. Cover in the sauce. 

Meanwhile, shred another 4 oz of white cheddar and mix with 1 cup of panko. Pour over cauliflower and back in egg indirect for 20-25 mins until bubbly. 

This is recipe is killer.

Oh it is. It is one of the better sides I have made on the egg. Probably not the healthiest but I will cheat with this any day of the week  enjoy

Absolutely awesome, love the colour and composition of the photo. Too bad one of our kids can't have regular cream and milk... we often substitute butter with oil, ghee or duck fat.
