Cooked some Aldi Baby Back Ribs turbo style, 350 degrees raised indirect for about 2 hours. Prepped them with mustard and Meat Church Deez Nuts. Came out perfect.

Yippy! Looks good! Go turbo for time and you'll never go back - same for butts. Honestly I can't tell the difference between turbo & lo & slo so why stretch it out time wise is my egging mantra.

Nice job on the ribs. It wasn't very many years ago that I did a true turbo butt 350° all the way through with no foil and awoke to the turbo world. You'll never look back.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.

Great looking ribs. I did four racks yesterday, didn't want to try turbo on two levels, settled for semi-turbo around 300F indirect.canuckland

@Canugghead I was going to put one rack on each of two levels. But I saw that two would fit on my raised grate, so I just went with it that way. Not sure if it made any difference or not.Rob, Large BGE, Merritt Island, (Space Coast of Florida)Boiler UP

That's the only way I cook ribs. Turbo rules!Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now).
